wrong address was used on the order?
What do I do when the buyer contacts me stating that the address on the order is not correct? I have not printed the shipping label yet.

·2 years agoYou MUST ship to the address ebay shows you. The only way to do this is to cancel the transaction as "problem with buyers address", the buyer will have to repurchase, making sure they provide the correct address.

Mentor2 years agoYou cancel the order to refund the buyer stating Problem with buyer's address. Then relist the item, using Sell Similar, and send the buyer the new item number. Buyer repurchases the item, and this time, when he goes to ebay Checkout and sees the SHIP TO address, s/he clicks the CHANGE link and makes the correction. Sellers need to send to the SHIP TO address attached to the payment.
