These are a couple of options for handling a package that was returned to you as not deliverable.
1. Go to the sold listing and select send refund for the item price only using the Other reason. Then select sell similar to relist the item and they can purchase it again putting in the correct address at checkout. You are not required by eBay to refund for an item that is returned to sender if the buyer provided an invalid address.
2. If they don't want the item or don't respond. Go to the sold item and select send refund from the drop down menu next to the item. Then on the next page select OTHER for the reason. Next refund the ITEM PRICE ONLY. Do not give a full refund with the shipping costs. eBay does refund sellers fees on the amount that you refund the buyer. If you have to do this option I'd add the buyer to my blocked buyer list>

I do NOT recommend canceling as problem with buyers address or you will be out of pocket for the outbound shipping costs.
