@sakai436 This is a public message board, not your seller or customer service. Your address will be removed for your protection. eBay customer service can not change the address on a shipment.

The seller is required to ship to the address provided at checkout. Contact the seller if they have not shipped yet and ask if they will please cancel the sale as problem with buyers address, refund you, and relist so that you can buy again with the correct address.

If the item has already shipped or the seller will not cancel then when/ if the item is returned to the seller you can make arrangements to pay to ship the item again.

Posting an address here will not help you with that transaction.

Changing an address for a current order:

Buyers can change the shipping address at checkout right up until payment is sent. After that, the shipping address for that transaction cannot be changed.

The seller is required to ship to the address that comes with the payment or lose all protection in the event of an "item not received" case. Scammers often send messages urging the seller to ship to another address, so sellers are rightly wary of such requests.

The seller can cancel the transaction and relist to allow the buyer to purchase again and provide the correct address, but sellers are not required to do any of that.

Changing an address stored in the eBay account for future orders:

Go here to update all the various addresses associated with your account:

Make sure your preferred shipping address is set as your Primary Shipping Address and any old addresses are deleted.
