Wrong address given
I sent an item to the address the buyer gave me. It arrived at that address. The address isn’t the buyer’s address. That address claims to not have the package. Who is responsible?

Mentor2 years agoBuyers are responsible for keeping their SHIP TO address up to date. That is the address that ebay sends to the seller when the seller goes to print the shipping label. If the buyer neglected to change the SHIP TO address, is s/he able to go to that address and retrieve the package? You are NOT responsible if the buyer has the wrong ship to address on file.
