Wrong address
I sold an item and shipped it via EBay label. It was returned to me with an “address not found” label. The buyer gave me a new address. How do I get a new shipping label with her correct address and the buyer pay for it since it was her mistake?

Locate the order and refund the item price only.
Relist the item, send the new item number to the buyer, and remind the buyer to change his/her SHIP TO address, and repurchase and pay.
