Wrong address
A buyer told me I sent the item To the wrong address. It was sent to the address provided by ebay and was the address the buyer had on their account. The buyer told me that address was not on her account. What is the best action.

Mentor6 months agoAs long as Ebay shows that you shipped the item to the buyer's shipping address and tracking shows it was delivered, you did the right thing. If the buyer files a Refund Request, all you need to do is respond to the case with the tracking number & tracking information and Ebay will find in your favor.
