Wrong address
I bought some perfume from a seller on eBay and when I confirm the payment, my address somehow went to auto correction and put in a wrong address for me. ironic I know.Needless to say I never got the product. I was trying to track it down and finally we figured out that it was going back to the seller, I confirmed with yeah the seller that I did still want it and I never received it and eBay customer service. They closed the account because they said that it had been dealt with, but I never got any money back and I never got the product and I don’t know what to do. so here’s where it gets complicated because when I got on my eBay account, I got on through Facebook as my platform that is not my real account apparently and I don’t know if I bought it as a guest or what I don’t ever really go on eBay so I don’t really know these little things anyways I can’t find the account now. I’m sure it’s in there somewhere, but I don’t know how to get it! I’m really not so good with computers or technology for that matter! So I don’t even have an account to go off of at the moment and I’m outside of the date range that they usually deal with matters, but I had kind of given up and lost hope because eBay‘s customer service doesn’t really help too much which is frustrating and I just let it go but now every time that I go on eBay, I see the perfume that I bought and did not get and I get upset about it and so I am trying to figure out what to do if there is anything to do if anybody has any suggestions I would appreciate any help I could get thank you
