Wrong address
Hi. I recently moved and made a purchase on ebay. My account shows my new address, but when l reached out to the seller when it said my item was delivered, his app showed my old address. Now I’m out of the item l bought.. Not sure what’s up??

What address is showing in your Order Details in your Purchase History? THAT is the one the seller was required to ship to.
Sometimes buyers change their registration address … but don’t change the ‘Ship to’ address.

When you changed your address on your account, did you change your shipping address?

If you recently moved, the post office should forward your mail/packages if you filed a change of address with USPS.
