wrong address
Customer paid and I shipped the item, after item is at post office buyer contacts me and states she moved and didn't update her shipping address? What do I do now?

Your buyer can try to make an arrangement with the carrier.
If the item is returned to you, you can ask the buyer if they still want the item and that they have to repay for shipping.
