Wrong address
I have received an item meant for someone else. I have tried to contact eBay I have tried to contact the seller and get nothing is there any way to reach out to eBay to a person or service?

To speak to customer service, use the link this page “have us call you†- https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
If you don't see 'have us call you', click chat. Then type contact an agent.
