Wrong Address
I ordered an item that went to another address. I have proof from UPS that my item went to another address. My vender messaged me and told me it went to another address and would I like him to send out another. I messaged back and said sure, that would be fine. After awhile, I still never got it. So I message the seller that I had not heard from since he asked if I wanted another. It had been a few weeks. I had attempted to contact the seller several times to check on my second shipment with no response. Now I have opened a case, ebay won't help me. They say the sale is not covered by them, when I used PayPal like I always do. I do not understand what is happening? Any suggestions.

Mentor2 years agoWhat is the item number? Sales in the Business & Industrial category are not covered under the Money Back Guarantee. When you go to your Purchase history and click on View Order Details, is the SHIP TO address correct? Buyers are responsible for keeping their SHIP TO address up to date.

OP2 years agoThe item # is 355399546105. This is for my household fire place logs. When I opened a case with UPS it showed a different person's name and address. I just checked my address in my ebay profile & it is correct.
