eBay keeps sending to OLD address even though I have changed to new address MANY times online! How to complain????

Mentor2 years agoThis is ebay.com, the USA site.
You are located in Australia.
You need to return to your home site: https://www.ebay.com.au
There is currently a glitch when you search, bringing you over here.
In the future, use the SHOP BY CATEGORY on the left side of the screen, or type in your KEYWORDS and then use the SEARCH on the right side.

There are FIVE addresses to edit/update.

·2 years agoYou can edit the shipping address when you pay at checkout (or authorize payment when you make the bid/offer--you cannot change it after that so make sure it is correct then). Do so and eBay won't "send" the item to the address you don't want to use.
You can change your Primary Shipping Address at My eBay: Account: Addresses. That should result in the Shipping address for the item being prepopulated with that address (at least for the first time you give it per eBay online session), but if it doesn't see the first paragraph.
