I don't, when I take pictures of things and find out later that the product is damaged, so I cancel the transaction which is normal. I buy a lot of things and I seem to forget which one I canceled.

Need clarification. Are you saying that, as a seller, you routinely cancel transactions, using "Item Damage", or whatever the actual wording is, as the reason?
