If your buyer is in China and is requesting that you ship USPS, that is a scam. USPS tracking does not extend within China, so can never show "delivered" - you would lose both the items and the chargeback for non-delivery. eBay's own international services are capable of showing "delivered" and would be the method of choice.
If your buyer is in the US and prefers a priority service instead of ground, or a different carrier, like UPS or FedEx, you can cancel the sale at buyer request and then relist the group of items with a new shipping option displayed. The buyer can then repurchase the bundle.
Be sure the box dimensions and weight are entered into the listing tool for accurate shipping rates. I presume you already know that each trinket should be individually boxed and protected before packing into a larger box for combined shipping.

Mentor3 years agoHi @frank57us
I’m sorry, but there is no one from eBay here who can call you. We are all eBay members who have no access to your account.
The seller sets the terms of the transaction … NOT the buyer … UNLESS the buyer has requested changes before buying that the seller has agreed to.
If the buyer hasn’t paid … then cancel the order on Day 5, choosing ‘Buyer hasn’t paid’ as the reason.
If the buyer has already paid … please tell us what kind of kind of changes the buyer is insisting on … and we can let you know the best way to proceed in order to protect yourself.

Mentor3 years agoYou are better off asking your questions here rather than speaking with an eBay rep who may not even be in the US and likely has no shipping experience.
What is the buyer asking for? Is he in the US? What other questions do you have?
Those items look very fragile and you are responsible for getting them to the buyer undamaged. You don't have to accommodate the buyer's request if it may jeopardize your ability to do so safely.

You cannot call directly, but you can request a call back from eBay if you are in the US:

Or you may be able to contact eBay via social media:

If you have a general question that does not involve account details, you can try asking a question here or on one of the other discussion boards. Lots of experienced users can offer advice and suggestions.
