Worst Service/Scam
I placed an order. The seller charged me and never sent the device. I reached out to them a few times before trying to get my money back. I went through the process to get my money back. After the 5 days or whatever it was, eBay told me to contact the seller. I tried going through all kinds of stuff with eBay to try to get my money back. It only looped me back to trying to get the seller to respond. Luckily, I paid with PayPal. I got my refund by filing with them.
I am closing my eBay account. As a company, you are supposed to protect your sellers and buyers. You failed miserably.

Here is a link to assist you with closing your eBay account, please understand it is not instantaneous: Closing your account | eBay
Normally when a customer comes here stating a Seller did not ship their item we respond with the following and it includes a link to the eBay Money Back Guarantee. As soon as pursuit of a refund goes outside eBay, like you with PayPal, they wash their hands of the situation. If you won the dispute with PayPal the Seller was charged $ 20 for losing the dispute ... a hard lesson for them to learn.
Really sorry that happened ... the date you want to keep an eye on is the original estimated delivery date. One day past that is when you can process a claim.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund.
You can report a Seller here: Report an issue with a seller | eBay

If you purchased an item and it did not arrive by the estimated delivery date, you are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. You would need to open a Item Not Received refund request on eBay to start the refund process.
Once you open a case with PayPal, that voids the Money Back Guarantee on eBay.
I'm sorry this happened to you.
