Worst experience ever
My package showed up empty. The seller did not tape my box shut. The post office put a sticker on my box stating they received it empty. I got in contact with seller and they fought with me about it. Got ebay involved and they just tossed my case out because my "ttacking" number said delivered. Never been so disappointed in ebay ever. Clearly they did not investigate my case. Just closed it.

·2 years agoSounds like you opened the wrong case.
In this type of situation you would of needed to open a Item not as described case, it was not described as an empty box.
With an Item not received case the tracking number shows delivery so the case is closed.
