worst company ever
I sold a item the buy asked for a refund so I went ahead a gave them a refund now because I did the right thing I am suspost to pay out of my pocket for a return label or let them keep the item because this is a horrible company

OP5 months agoKnow what I and any other reasonable person would expect is that once you send somebody a refund that would send them a label so that they can send you the item that they are sending back that’s just common sense and please don’t reply to any more of my messages I don’t like people like you

It's not that it's a horrible company, it's that you didn't learn how returns work. You agreed to the policy when you listed your item for sale.
If the buyer is returning the item for the reason "doesn't match the description," the seller pays for the return shipping (which is exactly what you would expect if YOU were the buyer). Once the item comes back to you, then issue the refund.
