Question

AI has removed 2 of my listings yesterday for policy violations. I just retired and trying to build my business on eBay to supplement my income. First one was for a lot of cell phones telling me I cannot sell electronic devices that can record people without their knowledge.

Second was a novelty display item that included an EMPTY booze bottle, stating i violated the alcohol policy.

I am very careful to follow the rules.

I'm sorry that happened.

You can sell an empty alcohol bottle, but the bot often gets that wrong.

Be sure to use EMPTY in your title and don't mention anything about the seal.

You can probably appeal that one (alcohol) to remove the violation from your account.

I would not relist that specific item again, just to avoid trouble, but I wanted you to know what likely caused the issue - the word seal
