Worn item in deplorable condiiton
Hello, I purchased a Jeans, which looked good in the photo, but it was deplorable when I received the item. I have emailed the seller and have yet to hear from him. What is my next step?

You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
-The item is not as described, "does not match pictures or description". You go to the item in your Purchase history and file a return using that reason. You will get a pre-paid shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. Purchases | Myebay | eBay
-The Seller will have 2 days to refund after receiving the returned item, failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
