Mentor8 months ago@je-817207 I do not see any sold items on this account so I am guessing that you are a buyer trying to return an item. If that is not correct please let me know as I can tell you how to fix that problem without contacting CS.

If that doesn't work then contact customer service and ask them to email you a copy of the label.

OP8 months agoThank you for responding. The problem is that although the label looks normal, at the post office they tried typing in the barcode number and scanning it, and nothing worked. So I think a new label needs to be generated that will work for USPS. Do you know if I can do this myself or do I have to call customer service ?
