wont' return purchase price for a subpar device
Buyer states: Have had nothing but problems with this laptop starting with the basic mechanics such as the mouse, keyboard, sound drivers, printers drivers. Just want to receive a RMA and mailing address so I can return to you for a refund, 100% unhappy!!

Im sorry to hear that Leon. The laptop comes with a 4 year hardware warranty but refunds are only accepted if the laptop is returned within the first 60 days of purchase. But you can ship it back for repair. I will fix the issues you are having and reload Ubuntu Linux. I could install Windows 10 or 11 if you prefer. Make sure to backup your data first because I will wipe the drive clean after it arrives. I should have it fixed and shipped the same day it arrives. |

The eBay money back guarantee covers you for 30 days after receipt. After that, they can not force the seller to help.
You can call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for a defective product. Most cards can help for about 6 months.
