Hello I know the weather sometimes makes getting stuff in the mail hard. But I'm trying 2 figure out why something i got only shows it hasn't moved since the 29th at 430am and the seller won't tell me nothing. I'm really not wanting 2 get ebay in the picture. Stuff isn't 2 be here intell the 7th and it start in Missouri city TX and says it's departed but I don't see nothing. So what do you all think thank you

Mentor1 year agoOnce a seller ships the item they have no control over the delivery process. They cannot answer any questions about what the tracking is showing. You did not say what the item is but if it is some kind of item that is being shipped in the eBay Standard Envelope we are aware that the USPS gives very little tracking information on this service.
Give it a few days past the 7th and then open a case for an "Item not received". The seller will need to prove with tracking that the item either has been delivered or is still in transit. If they cannot do this then you can "Ask eBay to step in" and eBay will force a refund.
