Won't let me void shipping label
I accidentally printed a label for the wrong item so weight and dimensions were off. I printed the correct label but now need to void the wrong label. I go to manage labels and select void label on the item. But it takes me to a screen that says they are having technical difficulties. This keeps happening. I've had to pay for labels because I couldn't cancel them. I've tried voiding it on the app as well as the webpage...same results. Any help is appreciated.
