I've been trying to list an item for hours puts me in a loop I think ebay simply doesn't want to deal with real people I'm about to give up

All of the feedback you have received as a seller is over a year ago.

Make sure the name on your ebay account matches exactly to the name on your checking account.

Make sure your registered address is a physical location, and not a P.O. box. You can change it later.
