Mentor2 years agoIt sounds like either the seller has added your user ID to his/her blocked buyer's list, or you have 2 or more unpaid transactions. When you have 2 or more unpaid transactions, sellers can block those buyers from bidding/buying/making offers on their listings. That block will last for 12 months.
