Won't let me do a refund.

Question

I can't refund a buyer because I've printed a shipping label but have not passed it on to USPS. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks

This is what it gives me when I hit Cancel Order.

"A cancellation already exists You cannot cancel this order because a cancellation exists on this order. You cannot cancel this order because a cancellation exists on this order."

Do I have to do something because he tried to cancel on his end first? He said will not Cancel order because it is shipped. I am a stroke survivor so can't figure thing out as fast as I used to.

Printing a label doesn't stop you from refunding the buyer.

Did you receive an error message? If so, what did it say?

If you are trying to refund more than the buyer's payment, you won't be able to complete the refund. When you initiate the refund, you'll see the max amount you can refund.
