Won't leave feedback on purchases

Question

Is there a rule or a way that I can get someone to leave me positive feedback? I purchased 3 items from them & I left them positive feedback.

I messaged them to let them know that I left them positive feedback and could they return the favor.

They will not respond to me but previously did respond to my messages when asking questions.

Leaving feedback isn't mandatory. And buyers can only receive positive feedback. some sellers don't leave it, some leave it in batches (so you may still get it later), etc.
