Won the bid than paid seller said that then claimed that said I declined the payment that a lie
What can I do seller is stilling my funds/payment why can"t ebay help me I'm getting burned here if this is so I'm not going to use ebay any more I've been up to this point a very happy ebayer but now I'm ass out of $63.98 because my bank statements show I paid for the item because I won the bid and paid a.s.a.p and I did the seller says I declined to give him the funds due?? Man and I thought I seen it all on ebay people out to screw the next guy hum?

Did you go through the Ebay checkout page to pay for the item?
You can go to the Order Details in your Purchase History to find the payments status and the estimated date of delivery.
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request.

OP3 years agoYes i did and it say s the seller is sending the item as far as my ebay account is saying I don't know anymore than that lady Madonna ?Sounds crazy huh???????#$&£¥✓%£¢√§ P.S I can't believe that this has happened too Me than the seller has the gull to say I'm the scammer here duds got the nerve man

·3 years agoWas it a new seller? They tend to have trouble understanding that just because the cash isn't in their bank account they have still been paid when eBay tells them to ship (either because eBay puts holds on the transfer due to their being new or just the time it takes for the transfer to show up on the bank's website).
In any event, if you don't get a package from the seller by the time the estimated delivery date you were given when you paid (check your "Order Confirmation" email) has fully passed, go to your Purchase History for that item, click the link for more options and select that you haven't received the item, then follow instructions from there. If you haven't gotten the item as described or a full refund after 3 days (but before 21 days) from doing so go back and you should find a link to "Ask eBay to step in" to get your refund.
