"Won" item in auction, surprised by final bid because I had placed relatively low (high) bid.
Upon surprise "win" - started to research, and suspected item was a fake, messaged seller advising that fact, and would like to cancel order, obtain refund. Seller replied "already dropped at post office this morning". Few days later, Item received - my research had included images of a like item with same interior markings, original poster stating the item had been identified as fake, (dupe), of famous name jewelry, (often counterfeited). Case filed, ebay sided with buyer, (me) - returned as instructed - request for feedback received, so, I made brief entry - "not authentic", and submitted. My question is - why would that feedback not be attached to the sale? It was there initially, but, a couple days later - there is not review from my purchase experience. I made the negative feedback as a warning for others. The seller did have other negative reviews, so, I'm assuming my feedback was removed because the item was returned, and I was refunded. That is all fine, just a bit disappointed that my experience can't be viewed by others to avoid a bad buying experience.
