Won Auction, Doesn’t Show Up In Purchases
I recently won an auction, but when I go to view purchased items, the item isn’t there. I am also unable to pay when going to the listing itself.

Mentor2 years agoFrom time to time there can be a glitch when a listing ends, and the listing does not immediately appear as either "won" or "didn't win" (from the buyer's point of view), and the listing winds up in a limbo state for a time. Typically such issues are corrected automatically within an hour or two by eBay, I think. If that happens, the seller may be able to speed up the process by going to the bid history page and generating an invoice -- at least some have indicated that has worked in similar situations previously.

If you received an Order Confirmation email from Ebay, there should be a link to click on to pay.
