Won auction but unreasonable fee added
I bid on item and won when i was going to pay a fee of $400 was added that was unreasonable none of there other item have it included. I only wanted part of item the other part was unuseable and couldn’t be repaired. I didn’t see this fee when I bid on item can anyone help me I am unable to contact seller
