Won an auction order cancel 10 minutes later back on site same item
Don’t buy from this idiot, cancels orders, and then relist for higher prize contacted customer service

1. Select The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies and click Continue.
2. On the next page, enter the seller's ID and select Other.
3. In the comment section, write "Seller cancelled order stating that item was xxx to avoid a defect and then relists that item at a higher price" Include the new item number.
Too many defects, and sellers can be restricted or suspended.
