Won an auction and then buyer cancelled order because of an "issue with buyer's address"

Question

I just won an auction, received confirmation that I won the auction and then 10 minutes later receives an email saying the order had been cancelled because the seller said there was a "issue with buyer's shipping address" and that I would be receiving a refund. I checked my address and there is nothing wrong with it. Same home address I've used to purchase on Ebay for the last 15+ years. Anybody else experience this?

-First, the Seller is trying avoid a strike on their account by using the problem address reason when they cancelled the transaction.

-They may not have gotten what they wanted for the auction bid price.

-They may have lost, damaged or sold the item on a different venue and forgot to End the listing on eBay
