won an auction
I won two items from an auction, paid immediately after. Then today I received a message that my order was refunded- no reason given- just cancelled. I am most upset- was looking forward to the items, spent a lot of time looking for them, watching tell the end to see if I won and anticipated them. I no longer feel It's even worth shopping this site, if you can win- and they don't honor it- who need the disappointment!

Mentor2 years agoIn 15 months and 1800 transactions as a buyer, when one looks disappointing, it’s no longer worth shopping this site.

Sorry that you were disappointed with the seller who cancelled your orders. Most sellers don't do that.
Be assured that the seller received a defect on their selling account for cancelling the transaction.

OP2 years agoIt has worked out- the order showed cancelled at my end- but he was trying to send a partial refund on shipping and is sending them. I'm so happy and thank you for your support.
