Won a bid on an item. Have to back out.
Won a bid, contacted the seller and negotiated changing the items being sold so I could have exactly what I wanted at a cheaper price. Now I can’t cancel the first order. I contacted the seller and he says it will not let him cancel it either. Both parties are content with the outcome but still we can’t cancel this first purchase.

Mentor2 years agoAre there any cases open? If not the seller can use the cancel transaction for buyer request in the drop down menu next to the item.

OP2 years agoIt says cancelation rejected. The seller said it’s not giving him an option to cancel the order
