Won a bid, made the payment, charged twice
I won a bid and completed the payment right away. I was surprised that ebay has charged my card twice. Is this normal? Is ebay authorized to charge twice? I contacted the seller and he said that he received payment one time only. Where did the second payment go? How to claim?

Mentor1 year agoOne of those charges may be a temporary payment hold that will expire shortly on its own.
If not, wait a week to be sure and then contact your bank regarding the duplicate charge.
