I won a bid yesterday on a hard to find doll. Have yet to receive a tracking number. Tried to contact seller twice; but no response yet. Trying to be positive. Have I been scammed? Reviews were 100% positive

Mentor8 months agoSellers are not required to provide a tracking number. Ebay provides you with an estimated date of delivery.
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request.
