Wobbly Cups
Hi there, I have a buyer that has reached out stating that two of four brass cups were wobbly. I have a strict no return policy outlined in my store. I also have disclosures stating items are in vintage condition. I personally hand cleaned these and photographed them and can attest they were not "wobbly". I have responded to their message stating this but I'm not sure how to rectify it and I'm also trying to avoid negative feedback. Any other suggestions?

No returns doesn’t mean no refunds. The eBay Money Back Guarantee protects the buyer. Buyers that pay with credit cards get extended protection.
It is best to work with an unhappy customer.

Your buyer is saying the item is not as described. If she opens a case, you will be required to accept the return (or refund and allow her to keep the items). Otherwise, eBay will refund her out of your account and you'll earn a defect for not taking care of your buyer. eBay's Money Back Guarantee trumps your "strict" no returns policy.
The buyer may choose to leave negative feedback if you don't resolve her issue. It's up to her.
Other suggestions? Yes...
Many buyers will not buy from sellers with an unfriendly return policy. They would rather give their business to sellers who want them to be happy with their purchases. If you accepted returns, you would not necessarily have move returns, but you will very likely have more business. You might want to rethink your policy.
