Wnning bid, now missing listing?

I had the winning bid on an item, but now I don't see the item in my purchases or bids page. I'm new to eBay, so it might just be a big 'duh', but any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

Is it possible you made the purchase as a Guest?

Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request, or an Item Not Received case.
