with start a return sequence ...choose "doesn't match description, next page asked for details says

How does one in a start the return sequence get beyond screen that says seller accepts no returns when item paid for did not match description listing...adding details never goes forward in process

Thank you for the info and it appears that having a photo attached made all the difference in getting the return request filed into the system. Thanks again.

To file a Return Request:

Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. (Doesn't match description). Attach a photo.
The seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
