Winter Storm
Greetings,
I live in Missouri and because I knew that this winter storm was coming, I put my account in "Time Away" status but still able to take orders. My Time Away expires on January 9th and I have to get my orders in the mail no later than Friday the 10th. Since I offer one day shipping, my biggest concern is if I am unable to ship my orders by the 10th due to the aftermath of this storm, will I be suseptable to receiving "Not Shipped On Time" defects? Or is eBay understanding of situations such as this and won't penalize me, or any sellers for that matter, for being unable to ship orders in the timeframe as stated in my/our listings. Would someone please with some insite let me know how eBay handles situations like this? It would take a load off of my mind. Thank you.

eBay covers sellers when there are weather events that delay shipping.
