Winning invalid gift cards after a work raffle, what do I do?

I understand the title of this entire situation maybe take it as different but I had paid and bid $200 during a workplace raffle to win 5000 dollars in eBay gift cards to my understanding they were 10 total with $500 each on them totaling if my Math is correct to $5000 total as a result, I bid about $200 to try to receive such in which I did. I was very lucky however. Later down the line after trying to redeem such gift cards, there was no such number there aren’t any of them they all seem to be invalid, which made me wonder if there was some sort of miscalculation or a mistake that was done at the register. I contacted eBay customer support via the phone service number which to my understanding they had given me a number to contact them with once I get confirmation from my work email now this was last Thursday to Friday so it’s unlikely they would’ve responded in time given the most offices are closed on the weekends and do not respond early most of the time so it makes sense that they just responded Wednesday. I was told to message that number which doesn’t seem to be in service anymore of all the evidence that they had including the gift card codes and the confirmation that they were invalid, I gave such confirmation and was told after my Work had confirmed the whole situation and given such approval that they would be able to help me and put the money on the gift cards given the fact that they seem to be invalid, I do not know what to do in this situation. I’m asking for your help. And proper guidance to help me during this situation and hard time now I’m not freaking out. I’m simply trying to take this the correct route because freaking out never did anything good for anyone. If anybody is reading this, can you please give me proper guidance on how to go next they just told me through customer support that if I could get confirmation, I was able to get my money and now I am not able to contact them not that they have blocked me or anything. Just that I do not know the proper number and the proper channels to go through. If I can confirm that with them, they will give me what is needed.
