Winning bidder did not notice local pickup
I sold an item where the "Local Pickup" requirement was shown in the header. The Wisconsin buyer is refusing to follow the eBay's required steps to request a cancellation. I now have to wait for 4 days to cancel the order (4 days after invoicing him).
How can I get eBay to let me cancel the order without incurring any fee penalties? In addition, I cannot send a 2nd chance message to other bidders. I assume this is because the 4 days has not passed.

Mentor3 years agoIf you do not want to wait and cancel for non-payment to give buyer a strike, buyer would have to request a cancellation or you can cancel for an address problem. Any of these reasons will not have a penalty for you.
Second chance offers are only available if any of the other bidders have it enabled on their accounts. If any do and the transaction is canceled you will see the option next to the item to the right. Otherwise, use the relist option and ebay will notify past bidders and watchers.
