Winning bidder asks to ship international
My auction does not allow for international shipping. The winning bidder asks if I can ship international. Is this possible to change after the fact?
This is also the third time I’m listing this item because winning bidders in the three previous auctions canceled the sale immediately. So I am really eager to just complete a sale.

OP3 years agoThanks for the quick response. After confirming that I could ship internationally, I haven't heard from this buyer in days when they were responding pretty quickly at first. If they do not pay by tomorrow (I think that would be 4 days), am I able to offer the item to the second highest bidder? This would be my third or fourth relisting of this and I just want to sell at this point.

When a buyer doesn't pay you can cancel the sale after 4 FULL DAYS so on the 5th day cancel as buyer hasn't paid. This gives the non-paying buyer a strike on their account and they also will not be able to leave feedback. Then you relist OR do a second chance offer.
If the buyer receives 2 or more strikes in 12 months then they are blocked from auctions or best offers for one year ( as long as the seller sets this up in account settings) and can only make immediate payment purchases, if they get too many strikes then eBay may remove the buyer from the site.
Do not send an invoice or it starts the clock over again for when you cancel as buyer hasn't paid. eBay sends payment reminders.
Unpaid items:

Add the buyer to your blocked buyer list:

Have you set up your buyer requirements in account settings?
Click this link: https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements Then block buyers with 2 or more unpaid items in 12 months.
If you are not shipping internationally also block buyers in locations you do not ship to.
Then at the bottom of the screen look for buyer Payment Requirements put a check next to both of these:
Require buyers to provide a payment method before they place a bid.
Require buyers to provide a payment method before they make an offer.
These settings will cut down on your non paying buyer issues.

Mentor3 years ago@krimori-81 What is the listing that doesn't have international shipping? The apple watch you just sold has international shipping with the eBay International Shipping Program. This means you ship to the US package forwarding center and they ship to your buyer.
You select print shipping label from the drop down menu next to sold item after the buyer pays. Then you ship to the address on the label, it will have a code on the label that ties the sale to you and the buyer.
