winning an auction and then seller informs unable to fill order
Several times now I’ve bid an eBay auction, won the auction, paid for auction winnings and was then informed the seller can’t fill the order and then seller refunds the payment.
Does the buyer have any options?

Mentor8 months agoEbay cannot force the seller to sell/ship the item.
The seller received a defect from Ebay for cancelling the transaction.
