Winning an auction and seller cancels order
Hello
what can I do if I won an auction, paid in full and the seller cancels the order and states “out of stock or damaged†even though there’s a picture of the product in stock and not damaged?

How do you know the item wasn't sold elsewhere, lost, or damaged after the photo was taken. Or maybe the seller changed his mind about selling (not good, but possible)?
Whatever happened, the seller earned a defect on his seller record for not completing the sale. Too many of those and he won't be selling for long.

he reupped the same product with the same description and all but at a higher price! product wasn't damaged as it was still factory sealed with no visible damages and wouldn't that be false advertisement if he noted as such? he seen the other auctions going for more as I've seen them too that's why he did it! that person should of just put a reserve knowing the market value of those items.
