Windows OS on a used computer with no license
Purchased a Dell computer and it has windows 11 loaded. The listing said no OS loaded. I do not have a license, my last computer was an iMac. Is this windows 11 copy legal. Seller says it is legal. I need some guidance effrontery someone who is familiar with licensing. Many thanks!
