Will unused return shipping label be refunded?
Had a buyer ask for a refund via ebay. I paid for the return shipping label via ebay, who presumably sends it to the buyer. However, the buyer never returned the item, the deadline has passed, so ebay has closed the return. However, what about the return label I paid for? Does that get cancelled and credited back to me somehow?

Mentor1 year agoEbay sends a pay-on-use label, so if not used, you will not be charged.

OP1 year agoOK thanks. Do you know if the label gets invalidated, or could they still use it to send it to me at some point? (regardless of any payment refund)

Mentor1 year agoIf the return request closes before the buyer retrieves the label, the label is blocked. Otherwise, it will eventually expire if printed and not used.
