Will not give me option to promote

Will not let me promote anything when I am making a listing it will not even ask me about promoting and I’m selling shoes

If you want your listings to be promoted/sponsored you will not find it as an option on a listing page. You have to create a campaign in order for your listings to show up on another similar listing's page. Open the link below to see how it works, then click on the links in that article.
