Will leaving a reply to Feedback be shown in item listing?
If I reply to feedback from a buyer, will my reply show up in the feedback that appears in the item's listing?
I received a positive feedback rating for a sale, but the buyer also included (what I perceive to be) a negative comment in the feedback. If I reply to his feedback, will my reply show up in the the feedback comments that potential buyers see when they are viewing the item's listing (for possible purchase)?
Or can I get the buyer's feedback rating removed altogether, and will it disappear from the feedback comments shown in the item's listing? I checked and I can't request feedback removal online unless the feedback is negative or neutral.
I just don't want buyers to see the comment when they are viewing my item for possible purchase. Or if the comment stays, at least to see my reply there... Thanks!
